Mosby Building Arts is a leading provider of tile installation services, and we are seeking an experienced Tile Installation Specialist to join our team.

">Key Responsibilities">
  • ">
  • Assist senior tile installers with prep, installation, and cleanup tasks">
  • Participate in on-the-job training and develop expertise in tile installation and repair">
  • Learn to perform all aspects of tile installation and repair to Mosby's standards of quality">
  • Work effectively with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction">
  • Loading and unloading materials at job sites">
  • Maintaining safe and clean work environments">
  • Providing general remodeling support as needed">
  • Ensuring excellent communication and teamwork skills">
  • Maintaining regular attendance and punctuality">

Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year

We are seeking candidates with:

  • Experience in tile installation and repair (a plus)">
  • Knowledge of different types of tiles and their properties (a plus)">
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications (a plus)">
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity">
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills">
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills">
  • Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed">
  • Ability to stand, walk, and work with hands for extended periods">

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000-$60,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
