Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Concrete Foreman to join our team at B&B Concrete. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of commercial concrete projects, ensuring high-quality results, and maintaining a safe working environment.
Responsibilities:
* Assist the superintendent in scheduling and coordinating project activities
* Verify dimensions and layout for panels and slabs
* Organize and assign tasks to carpenters
* Collaborate with the superintendent on daily job needs and materials
* Provide direction to the crew and ensure compliance with safety protocols
* Maintain accurate documentation of project progress and paperwork
Requirements:
* At least 1 year of experience as a Foreman in commercial concrete construction
* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
* Physical strength and stamina to perform tasks as needed
* Knowledge of tilt-up panels and construction processes (preferred)
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
* Ability to work weekends and provide basic hand tools for carpentry
* OSHA Certification or willingness to obtain one
Working Conditions:
* Work outside in various weather conditions
* Ability to lift at least 50lbs
