We are seeking a qualified MDS Assessor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in clinical assessments within a nursing home environment.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an MDS Assessor
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a skilled nursing facility with MDS
- Current RN license in New Jersey
