At CHRISTUS Health, we are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Alamogordo, New Mexico.
**Job Description:**
- Establish your own patient panel and provide comprehensive care to approximately 15 patients per day.
- Participate in dialysis rounds and contribute to the development of individualized care plans.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Prior experience in nephrology and dialysis is preferred, but not required. We welcome new graduates to apply.
- A strong foundation in nursing principles and practices, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
