Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Bakery Artisan to join our team at Sam's Club in Green Bay, WI. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and delicious baked goods that meet the highest standards of quality and freshness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute bakery productions to ensure consistency in quality and accuracy of designs
  • Create decorative flowers and lettering on bakery items using various products such as decorating bags, tips, and nozzles
  • Ensure adherence to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management
Requirements
  • 6 months' experience in fresh production area
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
