Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Comprehensive Primary Care: Diagnose, treat, and coordinate care for patients, including minor procedures, preventative care, and health maintenance.
  • Participate in Shared Urgent/Emergent Care: Participate in on-call rotations to ensure timely and effective care for patients.
  • Maintain Accurate Documentation: Document services in accordance with SEARHC policy, ensuring accurate and timely records.
  • Deliver Exceptional Patient Experience: Utilize strong listening and communication skills to build long-term patient relationships.
  • Contribute to Quality Initiatives: Participate in quality patient care initiatives and quality assurance activities.
  • Collaborate with Colleagues: Participate in provider and clinic meetings, and SEARHC medical staff functions.
