Key Responsibilities- Provide Comprehensive Primary Care: Diagnose, treat, and coordinate care for patients, including minor procedures, preventative care, and health maintenance.
- Participate in Shared Urgent/Emergent Care: Participate in on-call rotations to ensure timely and effective care for patients.
- Maintain Accurate Documentation: Document services in accordance with SEARHC policy, ensuring accurate and timely records.
- Deliver Exceptional Patient Experience: Utilize strong listening and communication skills to build long-term patient relationships.
- Contribute to Quality Initiatives: Participate in quality patient care initiatives and quality assurance activities.
- Collaborate with Colleagues: Participate in provider and clinic meetings, and SEARHC medical staff functions.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
