The estimated salary for this role is $110,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree in Nursing or related field preferred
* At least 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a pediatric setting, preferably in hemodialysis
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and promoting a culture of safety and quality
