We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to children and families in our community.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to infants, children, and adolescents with various medical conditions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments, monitor patient progress, and adjust care plans as needed.
- Educate patients and families on disease management, treatment options, and healthy lifestyle practices.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Arizona; Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) certification a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in pediatric nursing; critical care or emergency department experience a strong asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
