Key Responsibilities:
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving delivery-related issues, payment queries, and scheduling requests.
  • Entering data into our software system accurately.
  • Processing and reconciling subscription payments.
  • Maintaining various activity reports to track service metrics.
  • Assisting District Managers with inquiries and ensuring timely follow-up on requested information.
  • Reviewing subscriber reports for expiration notifications and reaching out to subscribers for renewal discussions.
  • Conducting follow-ups with new customers to ensure satisfaction with our services.
  • Availability for some weekend and holiday shifts may be required.

Your primary objective must be to achieve complete customer satisfaction.
