Senior Care Facility RN Part Time

Solutions by Sanford is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in a part-time capacity at our senior care facility. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the well-being of our residents.
Responsibilities:- Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Collaborate with inter-professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan and implement patient care.
- Provide individualized nursing care to patients, including preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
- Responsible for patient assessment, patient education, triage, and various other nursing interventions.
- Function within the scope and standards of nursing practice as outlined in the Nurse Practice Act and Administrative Rules in the state of practice and licensure.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
