We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Bismarck Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with physicians to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Responsibilities- Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, and develop outcomes-based care plans for patients.
- Collaborate with inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Provide preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care to patients across the continuum of care.
- Coordinate patient care, conduct patient assessments, provide patient education, and perform various nursing interventions.
- Function within the scope and standards of nursing practice as outlined in the Nurse Practice Act and Administrative Rules in the state of practice and licensure.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program, including but not limited to, American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA).
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
