Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain the Compliance Hotline, EthicsPoint, and other related systems.
- Oversee the collection and reporting of complex civil rights and Clery Act-related compliance information.
- Interpret data, including statistical values, and provide advice and consultation regarding its implications.
- Make recommendations for adjustments and conduct needs assessments.
- Design and create databases, and participate in testing and implementation of new applications and/or enhancements and modifications to existing systems.
- Provide assistance and training to EthicsPoint system users.
- Run reports for the Office of Compliance, Ethics & Equal Opportunity on a regular and as-needed basis to communicate data to a wide variety of campus stakeholders.
- High school diploma or GED; at least 7 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
- Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
- Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, intermediate to advanced experience in HTML, Banner, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, SharePoint, Active Directory, Adobe Suite, and knowledge of PC troubleshooting.
- Demonstrated knowledge of structured programming, testing, and debugging techniques, as well as the ability to design and implement systems necessary to collect, maintain, and analyze data.
- Ability to supervise and train assigned staff, and regulatory knowledge of civil rights laws, Title IX regulations, equal opportunity policies, and compliance standards relevant to higher education.
