Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate patient care services by liaising with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Manage nursing staff schedules, workload distribution, and resource allocation.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of nursing protocols, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to address concerns, discuss improvements, and communicate updates related to patient care or departmental issues.
  • Monitor and evaluate nursing staff performance, providing feedback and conducting performance reviews as required.
Qualifications:
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) candidates with relevant experience considered.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital or specialized healthcare setting preferred.

Salary:

$70,920 to $117,990 per year.
