Position: Asset Protection Associate

We are in search of a meticulous Asset Protection Associate who will play a crucial role in safeguarding our assets. The successful candidate will be tasked with ensuring a secure environment, deterring theft, and maintaining safety protocols for both our staff and patrons.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the premises to deter theft and vandalism.
  • Perform risk evaluations and suggest enhancements to security measures to reduce vulnerabilities.
  • Investigate incidents related to security.
  • Execute strategies for loss prevention.
  • Engage with law enforcement as necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members and work independently to resolve security issues.
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent observational and analytical capabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of security systems and protocols.
  • Ability to manage various tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Maintain composure under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism.

Previous experience in asset protection or security roles is preferred.

This role is part-time and primarily scheduled on weekends.
