Key Responsibilities:

Financial Closing Management:
Supervise and direct the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.

Account Reconciliation:
Ensure prompt and precise reconciliation of financial accounts.

Accrual Management:
Execute accruals to align costs with corresponding period activities.

Cost Accounting Oversight:
Manage cost accounting processes and establish standards.

Financial Analysis:
Deliver thorough financial analysis to both business and corporate leadership.

Monthly Financial Reporting:
Compile and present monthly financial reports to management and stakeholders.

Cash Management:
Concentrate on managing operational cash flow, Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), and Days Payable Outstanding (DPO).

Business Activity Financial Analysis:
Support financial analysis for costs, projects, and specific business initiatives.

Weekly Cash Flow Reporting:
Prepare and communicate weekly cash flow summaries.

KPI Development and Reporting:
Create and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor business performance.

Qualifications:
Experience: 5-10 years of progressive financial management and controllership experience within a manufacturing environment.

Education:
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is essential; CPA designation is preferred, and an MBA is advantageous.

Technical Proficiencies:
Essential experience in cost accounting.
Proficient in monthly closing processes, account reconciliations, and timely financial reporting.
Full Profit & Loss (P&L) management experience is required.
Familiarity with ERP systems; knowledge of Infor is a plus.

Team Collaboration:
Proven ability to work effectively within a team across all organizational levels.

Communication Skills:
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
