Job Summary: We're seeking a seasoned professional to oversee daily operations and supervise staff in our department. As Supervisor, Branch, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to Members by resolving issues and providing support to team members. Your key responsibilities include managing high volumes, planning staffing, and identifying opportunities for productivity enhancements.

Salary Range: $66,267 - $96,087 per year, depending on experience.

You will work closely with the team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, while also contributing to departmental goals and initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise department staff and ensure Members receive prompt, accurate, and high-quality services.
  • Resolve Member issues and account problems through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Manage high volumes through planning and coordinating staffing, identifying opportunities for productivity enhancements.
  • Process Member transactions and provide product and service information.
  • Provide consultative services to Members regarding credit union products and services.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need a High School Diploma or GED, 5-7 years of previous related experience, and excellent communication and leadership skills. Additionally, you must be able to comply with regulatory policies and procedures, as well as complete assigned training requirements.
