We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Specialist/Optometric Assistant to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the best possible journey for every patient, from initial contact to final treatment. Your expertise in eye health and preliminary testing will be invaluable in providing a seamless and personalized experience for our patients.

• Maintain accurate patient records and conduct preliminary testing with precision and care.
• Introduce patients to our optometrists and provide essential information to ensure a smooth transition.
• Transition patients from the doctor's office to our sales floor, providing associates with the necessary information to educate and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs.
• Execute day-to-day operational activities to support the store's exam lane maintenance and patient experience goals, including restocking inventory, cleaning equipment, and answering phones to meet additional patient needs.
