  • Assist patients with eyeglass frame selection and ordering
  • Process eyeglass orders using computer systems, including insurance claims
  • Deliver, adjust, and perform minor repairs on eyeglasses
  • Provide contact lens instruction and ordering services
  • Manage contact lens trials and inventory
  • Process patient checkouts and handle payments
  • Assist with insurance filing and check posting
  • Support the Optical Manager in various tasks
