About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our team at Marine Construction Company. The successful candidate will have a strong background in technology and application systems support, with experience in Microsoft Office 365, Azure Active Directory, VOIP systems, and other SaaS platforms.

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 per year, plus quarterly bonus earnings and full benefits. We offer a competitive benefits package, opportunities for growth and development, and a positive working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  2. Manage the helpdesk and ensure quick resolution and response to employees throughout the organization.\
  3. Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in a timely manner.\
  4. Develop and implement IT policies and best practice guides for the organization.\
  5. Support basic IT requirements through installation, troubleshooting, account maintenance, and training for IT network hardware, software, cell phones, printers/copiers/scanners.\
  6. Provide positive customer service to end-users by actively troubleshooting, training, and supporting day-to-day needs.\
  7. Monitor the performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels and make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure.\
  8. Maintain and monitor IT equipment inventory and establish a plan to appropriately refresh equipment periodically.\
  9. Identify opportunities for team training and skills advancement.\
  10. Other associated duties as required to help fulfill the organization's mission.\
  11. Utilize strong communication skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels, including non-technical users.\
  12. Ability to multitask, adapt to changes, and maintain a high level of customer service.\
  13. Proven ability to operate and maintain a variety of technology platforms and applications.\
