We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Software Developer to join our team and drive the development of high-quality web applications from end to end.

Job Overview: As the Lead Full Stack Developer, you will manage and mentor a team of developers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and take ownership of the development process, from planning and architecture to testing and deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support in-house ERP system and system migration by ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance applications across the entire tech stack (front-end, back-end, and database) using current and emerging technologies.
  • Work directly with end-users to gather and analyze requirements and troubleshoot issues, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Participate in all aspects of the software development life cycle, including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Provide technical direction and leadership to a team of developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and innovation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or MIS or equivalent experience in software development.
  • 5+ years working with the .NET Framework and relational databases with expertise in designing, developing, and deploying high-quality applications.
  • 2+ years of front-end development experience in the ASP.NET stack with knowledge of C#, VB.NET, SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Intimate experience with the Microsoft Windows platform, .NET Framework, and SQL Server back-end with ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Able to prioritize tasks, exercise good judgment, and handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
  • Strong debugging and analytical skills with ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.

Compensation: $125k+
