Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Wright Automotive Group. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and selling exciting technologies in the automotive industry.

About the Role

As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our dealership and will be responsible for:

  • Approaching, greeting, and offering assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.
  • Assisting customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
  • Explaining product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.
  • Describing all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
  • Building strong rapport with customers.
  • Performing high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles.
  • Learning to overcome objections, close sales, and performing all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.
  • Reporting to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis.

Requirements

To be successful as a Sales Associate, you will need:

  • No Automotive experience is required.
  • Comfortable with compensation based on commission sales.
  • Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday.
  • Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections & negotiating pricing.
  • Have quality customer service skills.
  • Possess strong communication skills.
  • Must have a clean & valid driver's license.
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
