Compensation Package

We offer a competitive compensation rate of $80 per hour, providing a stable financial foundation for our skilled occupational therapists.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients' physical, emotional, and functional abilities to create personalized rehabilitation plans.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment programs to help patients regain independence and improve daily living skills.
  • Assist patients in performing therapeutic exercises and activities, teaching them new adaptive techniques to enhance their independence.
  • Monitor patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal results.
Requirements
  • A valid license to practice occupational therapy in the state of Michigan.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Prior experience working with diverse patient populations is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
