Starbucks Lead Barista

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Starbucks Lead Barista to join our team at Dillons, a part of the Kroger family of companies. As a Lead Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading a team of baristas, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness in our coffee shop.

• Lead a team of baristas to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality beverage preparation
• Monitor and maintain a clean and organized coffee shop environment
• Assist in supervising and directing baristas to ensure they meet performance expectations
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve store goals and objectives

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a barista or in a related role
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Knowledge of coffee preparation and quality control
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
