**Requirements:**

  • Active RN licensure in the state of operation.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in case management or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Compensation:** The estimated salary range for this position is $72,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
