$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and meet the nursing and medical needs of individuals in our care.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care to ensure optimal health outcomes.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to obtain medication and treatment orders.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Determine whether self-administered medications have been taken appropriately.
  • Enter, date, and sign monthly progress notes on medical care provided.
  • Administer medication and treatment as prescribed.
  • Provide health education and support to individuals in our care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma or degree in Nursing.
  • Current registration as a Nurse (RN/LVN).
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably with adults.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
