Our rehabilitation services focus on helping individuals achieve their highest level of independence and bridge the transition from illness to wellness at home and in the community. We emphasize the restoration of mobility and function.
As a Physical Therapist at Lutheran SeniorLife, you will provide quality Physical Therapy services, including resident/patient/client assessment, evaluation, care planning, treatment, and consultation in an interdisciplinary environment. This position will support Home Health in various locations, including Slippery Rock, Grove City, Portersville, Mercer, Hermitage, and New Castle.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university with a degree in Physical Therapy; masters or doctoral preferred. One to two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience working with the senior population is required. Working knowledge of computer software for documentation and communication is necessary. Maintaining current PA licensure as a Physical Therapist, including meeting continuing education requirements, is essential.
