About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Lead to join our team at Anderson Merchandisers. As a Territory Sales Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and developing a team of sales merchandisers to drive sales and meet retailer and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and develop a team of sales merchandisers to achieve sales goals and meet client expectations
  • Educate customers and store personnel on product features and benefits
  • Maintain accuracy and high quality of work in all areas of the store
  • Communicate successes and potential barriers to the Market Sales Manager
  • Knowledgeable and detailed understanding of company policies and procedures
Requirements and Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalency certification required
  • Valid driver's license and automobile liability insurance required
  • Experience with electronics and technical products preferred
  • Independent and self-motivated with a relentless drive to succeed
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, overnights, and weekends
