Key Responsibilities- Cleaning and Maintenance
- Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
- Dust and disinfect surfaces, including furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
- Empty trash and recyclables, and replace liners as needed.
- Restock supplies and materials as required.
- Police grounds, stairways, and parking lots, and pick up litter as required.
- Assist with snow removal and other weather-related tasks as needed.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals.
- Communicate effectively with management and other stakeholders to report concerns and issues.
- Follow all safety rules and regulations, and report any hazards or incidents to management.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures, including those related to confidentiality and data protection.
- Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull objects up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
- Exposure to cleaning chemicals and other hazardous materials.
- Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions, including extreme temperatures and precipitation.
