Job Title: Lead Baker

Job Summary:

The Lead Baker will be responsible for producing high-quality breads and pastries in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of bakers in the production of breads and pastries
  • Develop and implement standardized recipes and production processes
  • Ensure high-quality products are produced consistently
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Collaborate with the Sous Chef and Food Service Supervisor to achieve departmental goals
Requirements:
  • High school education or equivalent
  • Minimum two years of experience in a commercial baking environment
  • Valid ServSafe Food Handler certificate
  • Valid driver's license
  • US citizenship or permanent residency
