Key Responsibilities:
  • Prioritize health and safety by adhering to all safe work practices, policies, and procedures.
  • Train, mentor, and manage service route drivers.
  • Oversee the flow of service requests to ensure timely and efficient customer service.
  • Conduct daily check-ins and check-outs with drivers to ensure readiness and expectations are met.
  • Step in as a route driver when necessary.
  • Provide on-site coaching and sales training to drivers.
  • Engage with customers regularly to assess their needs.
  • Expand the sales portfolio by identifying new opportunities.
  • Schedule services to address and resolve route-related issues and complaints.
  • Ensure accurate completion and organization of all required paperwork and documentation.
  • Comply with all local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Safely operate vehicles in accordance with U.S. DOT and other regulatory requirements.
  • Adhere to all corporate operating guidelines and procedures.
  • Follow company environmental health and safety protocols.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Possession of a Class B CDL.
  • Ability to obtain Hazmat and Tanker endorsements within 90 days of employment.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience.
  • Intermediate computer proficiency.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks as required by the job.
  • Successful completion of background checks, drug tests, and physical assessments as required.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience as a route driver.
  • Background in dispatch or logistics.
