Key Responsibilities:
- Cash Flow Oversight: Manage and project cash flows to ensure the company maintains liquidity and financial stability.
- Performance Analysis: Provide comprehensive financial and operational performance reports to senior management, emphasizing key metrics and variances, and offering actionable insights for strategic planning.
- Budget Creation and Management: Develop and modify detailed annual budgets to meet business needs, ensuring alignment across departments and adherence to financial strategies.
- Expense Management: Establish controls to monitor and manage expenditures, ensuring projects stay within budget and resources are utilized effectively.

- Process Improvement: Spearhead the enhancement of financial systems and processes to improve reporting accuracy and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with various departmental leaders to integrate financial planning with business operations, enhancing strategic alignment.
- Market Analysis: Evaluate market trends and real estate cycles, providing insights into market dynamics and potential impacts on company projects.
- Regulatory Monitoring: Keep abreast of regulatory changes and analyze economic conditions affecting the real estate sector, adapting financial strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification is preferred.
- 7-10 years of experience in FP&A, ideally within the architecture or real estate development industries.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and expense management.
- Strong analytical capabilities and familiarity with financial software and Deltek ERP systems.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively.
