Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Behavioral Health Nurse. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and evaluate the physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs of patients and families
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Provide education and support to patients and families to promote healthy behaviors and self-care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document patient progress and outcomes
Requirements
  • Current, unrestricted state RN license
  • 1+ years of experience in a clinical care setting as a nurse
  • Able and willing to travel within branch/office coverage area
  • Must have a dependable vehicle, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance in accordance with state laws
