Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team at Mercy Hospital Stoddard. As a RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, assessing and evaluating patient needs, and developing individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure informed decision-making.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
- Current RN licensure in the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire.
- One or more of the following certifications may be required based on the position/unit hired to: ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, BLS, PALS, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., Six Assessment & Care Modules, C-EFM.
