Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Mercy Hospital Stoddard. As a Registered Nurse in our Infusion Center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments, and monitoring patient responses.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop plans to address these needs.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
- Current RN licensure in the state of hire and/or compact licensure.
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association.
- One or more of the following certifications may be required based on the position/unit hired to: ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, BLS, PALS, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., Six Assessment & Care Modules, C-EFM.
