  • Team Building and Development: Support the General Manager on building a dynamic team by networking, recruiting, and anticipating future needs based on business objectives.

  • Training and Development: Identify and assess training needs, create tailored training plans, and implement various training methods to enhance employees' skills and performance in partnership with the General Manager.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2-4 years of retail sales experience with management experience (preferred).
  • Leadership Experience: Experienced leadership with demonstrated experience in meeting/exceeding sales and profits.
  • Training Skills: Training skills to elevate the team's product knowledge and selling skills.
  • Merchandising Strategies: Experience implementing merchandising strategies and changing visual sets.
  • Authenticity and Sincerity: Act with authenticity, sincerity, and transparency.
  • Availability: Be available when needed, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in addition to our peak business periods such as the holiday season.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to constantly bend, open, lift, carry, and move merchandise and fixtures up to 40 pounds as needed.
  • Age Requirement: Be at least 18 years old.
