As a RN Care Specialist, you will work closely with clinical leaders to drive nursing quality indicators and evidence-based practice guidelines to improve patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in identifying opportunities to improve quality and safety outcomes.
- Support clinical leaders in aggregating and interpreting various quality/patient safety data with a focus on using data to drive improved care outcomes and nursing practice.
- Guide the implementation of Evidence-Based Practice (EBP) projects, including the revision of order sets and practice guidelines at the unit or division level.
- Conduct unit rounds with a focus on coaching and mentoring in partnership with clinical leadership.
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
