About the Role:
• Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and develop strategies to address them
• Administer medications, perform treatments, and provide wound care as needed
• Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication administration, and other relevant topics
Requirements:
• Current RN or LVN license to practice in the state of Texas
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
