Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Seasonal Warehouse Assembly Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling holiday decorations, including tree garlands and wreaths, and decorating Christmas trees to meet our high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble holiday decorations, such as tree garlands and wreaths, following specific guidelines and quality standards.
  • Decorate Christmas trees, ensuring they are visually appealing and consistent with design specifications.
  • Fluff and arrange tree branches to create a full, natural appearance.
  • Inspect holiday products for defects or inconsistencies, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
  • Work with other warehouse employees to meet production goals and standards.
  • Perform other various warehouse duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Experience in warehouse or assembly role is preferred.
  • Experience in holiday decorations or similar field is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality decoration assembly.
  • Ability to work efficiently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work weekends and overtime as needed.
  • Prolonged periods of standing.
  • Exposure to various weather temperatures, both hot and cold.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds at times.
