Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the installation, inspection and maintenance services for wireless radio and antenna systems on towers, rooftops and other elevated structures. Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the work of a 3 or 4 person Tower Crew, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Collaborating with the Crew Foreman to ensure efficient completion of projects within budget and timeline.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and quality control regulations at all times.
  • Maintaining equipment and vehicles in good working condition.
