Key Responsibilities- Field Services: Utilize scheduling software to create efficient routes and complete tasks, including property inspections, hot tub maintenance, and on-call services.
- Quality Control: Ensure cleaning quality meets our high standards and generate accurate quality reports.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, property owners, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Safety: Follow safety procedures and precautions when performing tasks and using equipment or supplies.
- Previous Experience: Previous labor or handy experience, particularly in the vacation rental industry, is highly desirable.
- Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required for this role.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency with computer and phone applications is necessary.
- Physical Demands: Ability to perform manual labor for extended periods, move to and from homes, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Competitive Pay: Starting at $24 per hour.
