Nurse Specialist for Skilled Nursing Facility

Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN for a skilled nursing job in King City, California.
Job OverviewThis travel nursing job offers the opportunity to work as a medical/surgical skilled nursing RN (RN M/S-SNF) at a skilled nursing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patients' conditions, starting IV lines, administering fluids and medications, changing dressings, monitoring vitals, and documenting patient charts.
Responsibilities- Assess patients' conditions and develop care plans
- Provide direct patient care, including IV therapy and medication administration
- Monitor patients' vital signs and document their progress
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
To be considered for this travel nursing job, you must have:
- A minimum of 1 year of recent acute care experience in a skilled nursing specialty
- An active RN license

The salary for this travel nursing job is $140,000 per year, paid biweekly. This amount is based on a 12-hour shift schedule and 36 hours of work per week. A tax-free stipend of $20,000 will also be provided.
