Position Overview:

Compensation:
Hourly wage of $36.43, in addition to $5.95 for health and welfare benefits (union position).

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare project documentation through tenant engagement, scope development, and communication boards.
- Assist in project meetings, job planning, permitting, and deadline management.
- Contribute to estimating and project management through the work order process.
- Schedule resources for projects via interdepartmental communication.
- Manage estimating data by analyzing labor and material usage trends.
- Qualify subcontractors in accordance with PCSI's Master Subcontract Agreement.
- Track and coordinate labor and material warranties.
- Manage construction documentation, including red-line and as-built drawings.
- Collaborate with customers and colleagues to devise innovative solutions for maintenance and construction challenges.
- Engage in internal and external site initiatives.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED; some college education preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in facilities, construction, or a related field is preferred.
- CFM certification is advantageous.
- At least 2 years of experience in a professional setting.

Skills and Abilities:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to interpret and communicate information effectively.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks.
- Physical ability to navigate construction sites safely.
- Familiarity with RS Means and MicroStation/AutoCAD is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint) and Adobe products (Acrobat DC or Pro).

Additional Requirements:
- Ability to pass criminal, drug, and driving screenings.
- Willingness to work in various settings, including outdoor environments.
- Flexibility to work any day or time, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Capability to obtain and maintain security clearance, including a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) investigation.
