Job Overview

Psomas is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our Terminal Improvement Projects. As a key member of our Construction Management Team, you will be responsible for managing the scope, schedule, and operational interfaces of all design and construction-related activities for various enabling projects.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a high-profile project with a talented team of planners, architects, engineers, and technical professionals. You will be responsible for directing and managing the project, developing the RFP, and overseeing the procurement process for designers and contractors.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, preferably on airport projects, with experience in managing projects over $50 million in value. You will be responsible for developing the project scope, schedule, and budget, and ensuring that the project is completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the scope, schedule, and operational interfaces of all design and construction-related activities
  • Develop the RFP and oversee the procurement process for designers and contractors
  • Direct and manage the project team
  • Develop and manage the project budget and schedule
  • Ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Aviation, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Planning, or other related technical field
  • 10+ years' experience in project management, preferably on airport projects
  • Experience in managing projects over $50 million in value
  • Strong knowledge of industry practices and regulations
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
