Occupational Therapist

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at Rehab Without Walls Neurorehabilitation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing functional rehabilitation to individuals with complex neurological diagnoses in their natural home and community environment.
Responsibilities:
Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans to help patients regain functional capabilities
Regularly re-assess effectiveness of treatment plans and communicate patient's needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, and family members
Perform discharge evaluations and provide referral and education resources to ensure a smooth transition to the next level of care
Requirements:
Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from a college or university with an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Current, unrestricted license as an Occupational Therapist by state in which practicing
Current CPR Certification
A minimum of one year's work experience as an Occupational Therapist
