  • Supervisory Experience: Prior experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing setting, with a proven track record of leadership and team management.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with teams and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify challenges and implement solutions.
