About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Clinician to join our team at RFK Community Alliance. As a Clinician, you will play a vital role in providing trauma-informed therapeutic support and guidance to youth in our care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy to assigned caseloads.
  • Develop, present, and implement Individualized Master Treatment Plans.
  • Conduct risk assessments and manage client crises.
  • Actively participate in supporting a healthy treatment milieu.
  • Follow all RFK Community Alliance Clinical and Program policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Counseling or Social Work.
  • One year of clinical experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and solid oral and written communication skills.
  • Requires Massachusetts Licensure or license eligibility.
  • Familiarity with developmental theory.
