Job Summary:

Spectrum Health Systems is seeking a skilled Clinical Therapist to provide quality clinical services and case management to assigned clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical psychology and experience in counseling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide group treatment to clients using Spectrum curriculum and following group facilitation protocol as trained.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of clients.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.

Requirements:

  • CADC certification required.
  • Minimum of an Associate degree in clinical psychology, education-counseling, medicine, psychology, psychiatric nursing, rehabilitative counseling, social work, or closely related field.
  • Minimum of one year of supervised counseling experience.
