Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all facets of accounting activities, including invoicing, cost analysis, and financial reporting
  • Direct the creation of budgets and financial projections, assessing discrepancies and producing reports
  • Ensure adherence to accounting principles and regulatory requirements
  • Formulate and enforce accounting policies to strengthen internal controls
  • Provide direction and support to accounts receivable and payable departments
  • Manage payroll processing and compliance reporting
  • Resolve complex accounting issues and assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a Controller or comparable position
  • Expertise in GAAP standards and financial operations
  • Strong understanding of cash flow management, budgeting, and risk assessment
  • Familiarity with accounting software and analytical tools
  • Outstanding communication and leadership abilities
  • CPA or CMA certification is preferred
  • Experience in the healthcare sector is advantageous
