In this position, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the seamless operation of our establishment while providing an outstanding dining experience for our patrons. Your duties will encompass preparing all personnel, equipment, and supplies to fulfill the business's requirements. By delegating tasks and responsibilities to team members and fostering collaboration, you will help cultivate a productive and positive work atmosphere. Furthermore, you will educate our staff about new menu offerings, specials, and promotional materials, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of food preparation and service.

Your exceptional leadership abilities will be showcased as you assist in onboarding and training new hires, as well as offering refresher training to existing employees when necessary. Monitoring employee performance and behavior will also be part of your responsibilities, ensuring that our team members comply with company standards and deliver exemplary service to our guests. Your keen attention to detail will be vital as you observe customer feedback regarding the quality of food and service, enabling us to continually enhance and surpass customer expectations. Additionally, you will manage administrative tasks such as cash handling and store receipts. You will reconcile cash transactions and bank deposits, ensuring accurate financial reporting. By upholding company policies, including cash handling and portion control, you will contribute to maintaining operational efficiency, security, and profitability within the restaurant.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • Proficiency in speaking and reading English
  • Strong communication skills
  • Basic mathematical abilities
  • Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations
  • Relevant experience is advantageous but not mandatory
