  • Set up workstations, including prep tables, service counters, hot wells, and steam tables, to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
  • Break down, clean, and sanitize workstations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for guests and colleagues.
  • Serve food to guests while ensuring guest satisfaction and anticipating their needs, providing exceptional service and a positive experience.
  • Replenish food items and ensure product is stocked to appropriate levels, maintaining a well-stocked and organized workstation.
  • Maintain excellent service, positive demeanor, friendly, efficient, and positive service towards guests, clients, co-workers, and other stakeholders.
  • Adhere to Aramark safety policies and procedures, including proper food safety and sanitation, to ensure a safe and healthy environment for all.
  • Ensure security of company assets, maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of company information.
  • Responsible for running a cash register and collecting payment for sales from guests, maintaining accurate records and reconciling cash to register sales and stand inventory.
  • Maintain and implement the Aramark alcohol policy, ensuring that all guests are served responsibly and in accordance with company policies.
  • Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by manager, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
Requirements
  • Previous food service experience preferred, but not required.
  • Must be able to obtain food safety certification, demonstrating a commitment to food safety and quality.
  • Demonstrates positive guest service skills, providing exceptional service and a positive experience for guests.
  • Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of up to 25 pounds, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • May be required to meet state age requirements for serving alcohol, ensuring that all guests are served responsibly.
  • May be required to obtain TIPS/TEAM card at locations that serve and sell alcohol, demonstrating a commitment to responsible service.
  • May be required to complete Serve Safe Food Handlers certification, maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality.
  • Previous Guest Service experience is a plus, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional service and a positive experience for guests.
  • Ideal candidate will be available to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
